The Larkin Group was founded by Susan Larkin, CA, MBA in 1999 to specialize in the recruitment and placement of finance and accounting professionals. The Larkin Group represents all accounting designations and conducts searches in all industry sectors.

Susan brings 20 years of executive search experience to The Larkin Group along with a strong business background.
After completing her under graduate business degree at the Richard Ivey School of Business, Susan joined KPMG where she attained her CA designation. She then moved to industry where she held senior finance and accounting positions in the entertainment and resource sectors.
After graduating from the Rotman School of Business in Toronto with an MBA, and prior to starting her own firm, Susan worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter with two large downtown search firms. She gained a reputation for professionalism, honesty and above all, excellent service provided on both the client and the candidate side.
